Cancellation, Change, & Early Departure
*  Specific site numbers are not guaranteed.
*  Our deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 90 days of your stay. 
*  If a reservation is canceled greater than 90 days of the stay, a refund of 50% of the deposit amount will be given.
*  No refund will be given for shortened reservations if changes are made within 90 days of the stay.
*  No refund for early departure.
*  Deposits for monthly stays will be kept until the date of departure.  At that time, any outstanding bills, (electric, propane, etc) will be deducted from the deposit amount before refund.  The balance will be refunded to the credit card used to make the deposit.
